Creamy Tomato Pasta With Shrimp
“The sauce tastes like childhood”
Tip: you can replace the shrimp with cut-up hot dog, chicken, mushrooms, or even just eat the pasta by itself.

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1/2 box of Penne Pasta 
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter (2 for pasta, 2 for shrimp) 
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour 
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk 
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce 
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped 
- Peeled and deveined shrimp 
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil 
- (Optional salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan cheese) 
Method
- Boil water and cook pasta 
- In a large pot, melt butter. Stir in evaporated milk and spaghetti sauce. Heat until thickened slightly 
- In another pan, heat butter and oil for about a minute. Cook shrimp until orange 
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to sauce, toss to coat 
- Serve warm
