Sarah Attal : Simply Outstanding
Fashion changes, but style endures.” Coco Chanel’s famous quote couldn’t be more appropriate for the impeccable Sarah Attal ‘14. Attal’s ability to transform a basic piece into a work of art is simply outstanding. As humble as she is towards her title as a fashionista, I haven’t seen anyone work such a timeless wardrobe on campus, and that is something to be admired. Attal’s speciality is versatility. With a packed schedule, it is imperative to be interchangeable. Taking off her signature black blazer to reveal a stunningly classic outfit is a must with Attal. White skinny jeans and a button-up blouse are some of her staple pieces; however, pairing them with a fun accessory that pops (like a chunky turquoise necklace) gives it a colorful essence. Being comfortable is also a plus in her book—but not by means of skimping out on fashion; however, with GAP outfits as essentials in her dream closet, she fully embraces the balance between comfort and class. With the eternally chic Jennifer Aniston as her style maven, it is clear that Sarah is a traditionalist in every sense. While the fashion in our world might change, it is safe to say that comfort, versatility and simplicity are all characteristics that influence Attal’s enduring style.
